My first visit to the Frauenarzt
K and I went today to the doctor for the first appointment. Although we are still in the middle of the 7th week, he made an ultrasound already. Not surprisingly, not a lot could be easily seen. He just confirmed the good placement of the embryo and that everything is as expected for this time. She got some advice about stuff to care about, and that was about it. K was a bit nervous about all this, but I have to confess that it looks that I am taking this very relaxedly. I mean, after all, this is the most basic fact of life, so there is no reason to get nervous.
We’ll go back there in two weeks just before we go home. After that we may open the blog to the family and friends.
